Is not it a “double standard” ?

This is one of the highlights of a recent British Parliament’s debate on to recognize of Somaliland. Many MP’s call for Somaliland recognition & to stop ignoring the realities on the ground. As Somalilanders aware the unfair tactics used by some countries to say a failed State like Somalia to recognize first before they do or Somalia & Somaliland should work out on their future. It is unfair tactics to prolong the suffering 5.5 million Somalilanders where UN even refused to hold a simple referendum on their future while putting on undeclared political sanction on Somaliland.
